We are pleased to announce some important and exciting changes in our drill offering. OSG is constantly striving to develop new products that will bring more productivity and cost savings to the market. OSG has developed a new line of drills with advanced coating technology and improved design, the WDO drills.

Due to this advance in technology, effective immediately, OSG will be discontinuing the following product lines:

The EXOCARB^®-MAX-OIL series and EXOCARB^® SH-DRL series will be replaced by the EXOCARB^®-WDO series and the WH70-DRL series. These drills feature OSG’s latest developments in coating technology and drill design for improved performance:

OSG will do everything possible to ensure this a smooth transition, stock of the old design is still available while supplies last, and the new WDO drills will be stocked to support new and existing sales. The dimensions of almost all of the tools are the same and we are pleased to announce the pricing will be the same as well. In addition, we are adding new sizes that we did not offer in the past. What does this mean for you; more sizes to sell and you will receive better performance at the same price.

New Product Introduction of list# 5510 and HP255
Discontinuation of list# 5260

September 1, 2011

Dear Valued Customer,

Beginning this September, OSG will be discontinuing list# 5260 and replacing it with the EXOCARB®-WDO® 5D drill, list# 5510, and the brand-new HY-PRO® CARB 5D coolant-through drill, list# HP255.

List# 5260 will be available while supplies last. In the future, please consider list# 5510 and HP255 as an alternative to list# 5260.

Both series feature OSG"s latest development in coating technology for better performance. Although the tool dimensions of list# 5510 and HP255 will be different from list# 5260, OSG"s sales staff will readily assist you with the conversion. View a crossover chart HERE

Warehouse Selection

In an effort to improve inventory availability we have added an addition warehouse to the checkout process. When ordering you will now see stock in possibly three locations. As always you can select where you wish the order to ship from, but please be aware that we have different shipping cutoff times depending on where the stock is shipping from.

Warehouse OSG-ILL and OSG-CAL have a shipping cutoff of 4pm CST

Warehouse QCT-ILL has a shipping cutoff time of 12pm CST

• Includes all packages 5 lbs. or less.
• Simply select "$10 2nd Day" during checkout.

* $10 charge applies the each shipment. If stock ships from both the OSG Illinois and OSG California warehouses then there would be two shipping charges applied.
