OSG Tap and Die, Inc. has introduced cutting edge technology for milling CFRP and other composites with two new EXOCARB®-Aero Routers.  

The first router features up to 12 opposing helix angles for heavy milling work in low and high horsepower machines. The second router is a 6-flute herringbone design ideal for finishing CFRP. Both carbide routers are designed primarily for use with composite and honeycomb materials. Their specially engineered flutes compress material in opposing directions to produce an excellent finish with no delamination.  

The addition of OSG’s patented Ultra-Fine Diamond coating further extends life up to 50 times that of similar designs without coating.
