EXOPRO<sup>&reg;</sup> XPF X Performer Taps

Overview

The EXOPRO^®XPF & S-XPF X Performer Taps represent a new evolution in forming tap technology. These form taps generate up to 50% less torque versus other forming taps, making it feasible to tap materials up to 40 HRC and sizes up to or exceeding 1" in diameter.

Higher performance with XPF is achieved when running at higher SFM.

Forming is possible in Nickel Alloys such as Inconel 718 for thread sizes under 1/4".
